Mikkin Budiac is a graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Bachelors in Health Sciences in Kinesiology and a Minor in Nutritional Science. She is certified through Asyra as a biofeedback technician with a demonstrated history of working in the holistic health wellness and fitness industry. Her primary specialty is Asyra Pro bio-energetic screening - a type of bio-feedback backed by over 40 years of research that identifies stresses and imbalances in the body. The amount of current the passes through the cellular structure of the organ, gland or system reveals the functional status of the tissue. Once the problem areas have been identified she scans potential therapeutic options that respond directly from the body’s own physiology. This method empowers people to improve their level of health.

It uses unique manual techniques to deliver pressure to neural pathways assisting the body to function optimally. Reflexology reduces tension, that in turn assists nerve conductivity, blood supply, lymph movement, and bioelectrical energy to normalize body energy. Reflexology creates balance increasing the body’s ability to help heal itself, also known to help pain reduction and increase mobility.

Clarice Barnett, BSc Kinesiology

From the earliest Clarice can remember, she had a competitive spirit, starting in sports back in grade school. Her personality continued throughout high school and college as working out, the gym environment and community there quickly became something she looked forward to after a long day of studying. Personal Training, competing in bodybuilding, and facing years of health-related struggles of her own brought awareness to how many other important areas of life contribute to one's health than just an hour spent in the gym. Pursuing bodybuilding became a full-time job in itself, which is when she started developing a passion for truly understanding the body, how and why it moves, intentionally fueling my body, and everything in between. Through discovering this passion of hers, she graduated with a Bachelors in Kinesiology and Minor in Nutrition, in 2018 to help educate, equip, and empower women how to eat and train with purpose, while creating a healthy, enjoyable, and sustainable lifestyle.
